I have wagered on millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Bet $5
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
