My Gambling Den Twenty-one Variation Game

I have played countless of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of bankroll at 21. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.

I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a number of years back with $750 after 35 minutes using this tactic! And a few weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10

Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager

Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager

Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original $160 bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
