Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster

Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a roller coaster. It’s a game that begins slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your profit, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom collapses.

Blackjack is so akin to a roller coaster the similarities are hair-raising. As with the popular fair ground ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will seemingly be going well for a while before it bottoms out again. Of course you have to be a blackjack player that will be able to readjust to the ups and downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is full of them.

If you like the little coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a much bigger bet, then jump aboard for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster roller coaster because they are not thinking on the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s a lovely feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you do not, you may not find it easy to recollect how much you enjoyed the good life while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a cool ride and your head in the air. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t clearly recall how "high up" you went but you will recall that devastating drop as clear as day.
